Casual Visit
This package is for those mamas who feel ready to rock postpartum but would like someone in home visit to help get them settled.
This 2-4 hour visit can help you make sure you’re all set up and ready to settle in with life with a newborn, regardless of if this is your first, second or third baby, each postpartum journey is completely different.
This can give you a taste of what it is like to work with me and if you would like to continue with more postpartum care, we can arrange this as you please.

Embrace the journey of motherhood with the 3-Week Postpartum Support Package, especially tailored to expecting mothers seeking the utmost care and reassurance as they prepare for their postpartum experience.
With 10 hours of dedicated connection, my mission is to provide you with the nurturing, comforting, and expert support you deserve during this beautiful transition.
Even beyond your immediate postpartum period, I offer 6 months of phone support during designated hours to be your dedicated companion on this incredible journey.

With 20 hours of dedicated connection, my aim is to provide you with the nurturing, comforting, and empowering experience you deserve.
My commitment extends with 12 months of phone support during designated hours, ensuring that you always have someone to turn to on your motherhood journey.

The Cherished Mother Package
It gives you access to TWO doulas for two of your sessions to help achieve a higher level of self care. With this package I have teamed up with Emma from Adelaide Postpartum Care, a mum of 2, qualified sleep consultant, massage & access bar therapist and Reiki practitioner. Emma is undoubtedly an incredible human being, a wealth of knowledge and her experience goes far beyond.
This package is especially useful if you have no external family around to support your new in your journey as a new family. The support from this package means you can have that emotional and practical support as well as being able to get an elevated level of feeding support or enjoy a relaxation massage complimented with energy healing.
This package includes:
- In home support (6 visits -4 single doula visits and 2 double doula visits)
- Food package & snacks
- Baby Sleep & feeding support
- Printed resources
- Full body Postpartum massage- By Emma

Birth Preparation Session
Childbirth is an unpredictable journey, each uniquely tailored with its own set of surprises and challenges. While we can’t foresee every twist and turn, being prepared with a well-well-thought-out birth plan and a toolbox of strategies can empower you to confidently navigate the process of labour, whatever path it may follow.
My aim is to provide you with the knowledge and choices that sync perfectly with your vision for a beautiful birth experience, regardless of how you may end up birthing. Your journey into motherhood deserves the utmost care and preparation, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Postpartum Preparation Session
If you’re an expecting mother, and you’re looking to have a postpartum planning session to ensure a smooth transition into motherhood, you’re in the right place. During our session, I’ll help you plan essential aspects like preparing for feeding, rest and self-care for you, quality time for you and your partner, meal planning, and preparations for the postpartum period.
My aim is to provide you with a well-structured roadmap for the early days of motherhood, tailored to your unique needs and preferences. Your journey into this new chapter of life deserves thoughtful preparation, and I’m here to guide you through it all.
